Order Tracking (Digital Downloads)

AmazonPOA.com sells digital products only. Because we do not ship physical items, there is no courier tracking number.

Instead, “order tracking” on AmazonPOA.com means tracking your order status and accessing your download links.

1.How to Check Your Order Status

You can confirm your order status in these ways (depending on website settings):

A) Order Confirmation Page

After payment, you will see an order confirmation/thank-you page showing your order status and (when available) download access.

B) Order Confirmation Email

You may receive an email with:

  • Order confirmation/receipt
  • Order number (if available)
  • Download instructions/links (if enabled)

C) My Account (Recommended)

If you created an account (or your account is enabled), you can track orders here:

  • My Account → Orders
  • My Account → Downloads

2. Common Order Statuses (What They Mean)

  • Pending payment:Payment has not been confirmed yet.
  • Processing:Payment is being verified/processed.
  • Completed:Payment is confirmed and download access should be available.
  • Failed:Payment failed or was not completed.
  • On hold:Order may require verification.

If your order shows “Completed” but you still cannot download, contact support.

3. Where to Find Your Download Link

After payment, your download link may be available:

  • On the checkout confirmation page, and/or
  • Inside My Account → Downloads, and/or
  • In the order confirmation email (depending on settings)

4. If You Can’t Access Your Downloads

Before contacting support:

  1. Confirm payment was successful.
  2. Check your email spam/junk folder.
  3. Make sure you used the correct email at checkout.
  4. Log in to My Accountand check Orders/Downloads.

5. POA Builder Order Tracking

POA Builder is a form-based service where we prepare a draft and email it to you. There is no instant download link for POA Builder unless stated on the product page.

If you want an update on POA Builder delivery, email support with your order email and request details.
