This Payment & Refund Policy explains how payments work on AmazonPOA.com and how digital downloads are delivered.

1.Digital Product Delivery

All products sold on AmazonPOA.com are digital templates (for example: POA templates, appeal templates, checklists, and SOP documents).

File formats & editing

POA and appeal templates are delivered in Microsoft Word (.DOCX) and/or PDF (.PDF) format.

  • DOCX (Word):Recommended if you want the easiest editing experience (copy/paste, edit headings, edit bullet points, add/remove sections).
  • PDF:Provided for print-ready viewing and reference. Some PDFs may be editable depending on the product, but DOCX is always the best option for customization.

What you may receive (depends on the product):

  • 1 DOCX file, or
  • 1 PDF file, or
  • Both DOCX + PDF, or
  • A ZIP folder containing multiple files (for bundles)

The exact format(s) included are shown on the product page.

Software compatibility:

  • DOCX files can be edited using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice, or WPS Office.
  • PDF files can be viewed in any PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, browser PDF viewer, etc.). Editing PDFs may require a PDF editor.

Important: We do not provide custom re-formatting requests (for example: converting to a different format, redesigning, or rewriting your case). The templates are provided as digital downloads for you to edit and customize.

After successful payment:

  • You will receive instant access to a download link(on-screen after checkout and/or by email, depending on your checkout settings).
  • You are responsible for downloading and saving your files.

If you do not receive the download link or you face any access issue, contact us and we will help you restore access.

2. Payment Terms

  • Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
  • Payments must be completed in full before download access is provided.
  • Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or processing charges depending on your country and payment method.

3. No Refund Policy (Digital Downloads)

Because our products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly, all sales are final.

  • No refunds
  • No cancellations
  • No returns
  • No money-back guarantee

This policy applies even if:

  • You change your mind after purchase
  • You purchased the wrong template
  • You decide not to use the files
  • Your case outcome is not what you expected

Exception: If a refund is required by applicable law, we will follow the legal requirements.

4. Template Use & Responsibility

Our templates are provided for reference and structure only. You must edit and customize them for your specific violation type, facts, dates, and evidence.

You are responsible for ensuring that your final submission is accurate, truthful, and consistent with your supporting documents.

5. Download & Access Issues

If you cannot access your files due to a technical issue (for example: broken link, email not received, or checkout error), contact support with:

  • Your order email
  • Your order number (if available)
  • The product name

We will help you restore access to the purchased files.

6. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact support immediately. We will review the request and may provide a resolution at our discretion (for example: access to an alternative template of equal value). This does not change the no-refund policy for digital downloads.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed after digital delivery, we may suspend access to the downloads while the dispute is reviewed.
