Shipping & Delivery Policy (Digital Products)

AmazonPOA.com sells digital products only (POA templates, appeal templates, checklists, and SOP/prevention documents). We do not sell or ship physical items.

This policy explains how delivery works for digital downloads and what to do if you have access issues.

1.No Physical Shipping

  • We do notship physical products.
  • There are no shipping charges.
  • There is no courier delivery.
  • All purchases are delivered electronically through digital download access.

2. How Digital Delivery Works

After successful payment, your purchased files are delivered through a download link.

You may receive access in one or both of the following ways (depending on website settings):

  • On-screen download access:A download link appears on the order confirmation/thank-you page.
  • Email delivery:A purchase confirmation email may include download instructions/links.

If you create an account (if enabled), downloads may also be accessible inside My Account → Downloads/Orders.

3. What You Will Receive

Depending on what you purchase, digital delivery may include:

  • a single template file, or
  • multiple template files, or
  • a ZIP folder containing multiple files (common for bundles)

Some products may include:

  • a main POA template
  • an appeal draft version
  • an evidence checklist
  • an SOP/prevention checklist

4. File Formats & Compatibility

emplates are provided in Microsoft Word (.DOCX) and/or PDF (.PDF) format. The exact format(s) included are listed on each product page.

Editing recommendations

  • DOCX (Word):Recommended for easy editing (replace placeholders, edit sections, add/remove content).
  • PDF:Useful for viewing/printing/reference. Editing a PDF may require a PDF editor.

Supported software

  • DOCX: Microsoft Word, Google Docs, LibreOffice, WPS Office
  • PDF: Any PDF reader (browser viewer, Adobe Acrobat Reader, etc.)

5. Delivery Time

Most digital downloads are available immediately after successful payment.

In rare cases, access may be delayed due to:

  • payment verification/processing delays
  • security checks
  • temporary technical issues

If you experience a delay, contact support and we will help restore access.

6. Download Links and Access Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • downloading your files after purchase
  • saving/backing up your files
  • keeping your download links private

Download links are intended only for the purchaser. Sharing links or files may violate our Terms.

7. Missing Download Link / Access Issues

If you cannot access your download:

  1. Confirm payment was successful (check your payment confirmation).
  2. Check your email spam/junk folder (if links are sent by email).
  3. Verify you used the correct email address at checkout.
  4. Try logging into My Account(if enabled) and check Orders/Downloads.

8. Incorrect Email Address

  • If you entered an incorrect email at checkout, contact support as soon as possible. We may request basic verification details to reissue access to the correct email.

9. DBundles and ZIP Files

If your purchase includes a ZIP folder:

  • download the ZIP file
  • extract/unzip it on your device
  • open the individual DOCX/PDF files inside

If you have trouble opening ZIP files, contact support for guidance.

10. POA Builder Delivery

If you purchase POA Builder (custom draft by email), delivery is not an instant download.

  • You submit your details via the form
  • After payment, we prepare the draft based on your selections
  • The completed draft is sent to your email
